Main Description:
The TT-5 is a long life, self contained battery powered tracking device which can be used for both remote monitoring and data logging applications. Robust and waterproof (IP-67 rated), its design is inconspicuous and can be covertly mounted. Unlike conventional wired vehicle fit systems, the TT-5 has no external wiring, is easy to fit and can be rapidly deployed. The TT-5 allows an asset to be remotely tracked and monitored over the internet in real-time, or historically, and viewed on a map showing its location, direction of travel, speed, altitude, temperature surrounding the device and battery voltage. The TT-5 has an operating life of 5 years based on 4 messages per day. The unit `sleeps` when stationary to save power and wakes automatically with a movement sensor to report on new activity.The TT-5 is suitable for all applications where a power source is not available such as rolling stock, plant equipment, pleasure crafts, delivery vehicles, containers and freight, caravans. |
